ABOUT

Welcome!

I'm Victoria. I have been teaching movement and well-being practices for over 2 decades. I offer regular Yoga, Pilates, pranayama, meditation and shamanic healing sessions in my home area on the border of  Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, as well as "mini-retreat" events like Yoga Breakfast and Yoga Supper Clubs and the odd adventure abroad 

Finding joy in the everyday is what drives me - from embracing the wonder of movement that our beautiful bodies allow, to smiling at the sun and the moon on my daily dog walks. I love nothing more than to be out in nature, to feel the earth under my feet, the sun on my skin and the wind at my face. When I'm not teaching, you can find me listening to music and dancing with my family, swimming or paddle boarding on the local rivers and lakes and of course roaming free with my four legged friends. 

 

 I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to help others to remember the magic and beauty that we meet every day of our lives. Replacing pain and stress with freedom and love.
